Patrick Fraga Week 9

Dear Diary

This week I went to my aunt´s house, because this Wednesday and Thursday, here in Portugal, we had two days off, one was the “Dia de Portugal” and the other one was the “Corpo de deus”, so we could stay there for 5 days.

In terms of school, we only had lessons on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, but we received the same amount of work, unfortunately.

In my aunt´s house, the internet connection was really bad and I couldn’t play my favorite game in the computer, due to the bad internet connection. So I was really bored so I decided to go for a walk around the house, play some board games with my family, I also played some football against the wall, I did all the school work and studied some subjects, among other stuff. But when I was playing something online when the internet was more stable, I played with my friends because I was too bored to play something alone.

I arrived at home on Sunday afternoon, and I was too tired so I fell asleep earlier.

There are only 2 weeks left to the Summer holiday, FINALLY, I've been waiting for that moment since the beginning of the school year.

The world is coming back to normal, many countries are slowly reopening many shopping centers and many stores, we are winning the fight against covid-19, but we need to be careful, always with mask and social distancing.

Heyyyy guys!! I can’t believe that this is my last day in the 10th grade..this school year passed so quickly but at the same time so slowly.. At the beginning of the year I met new people and made new friends, I had new subjects and I felt a big difference compared to other years. Hello!!!       I hope everyone is okay! In this text, I will not talk about my week, I will talk about this school year. It all started when I joined a new class, where I barely knew anyone, where I was seen as "the one who comes from the problematic class". All of these factors did not favor me and prevented the approach and adaptation to the new class. I went through this difficult phase, but it was worth it, because in the end I ended up meeting incredible people who are always ready to help, but there are still hose I don't know or at least I don't speak to very often, which for me is a little strange, because despite coming from a class full of problems, it was in this class that I felt good, where we all talked, we were all together, everyone knew each other and this is for me the true meaning of "class". Hello, friends! How are you? This week I had a lot of work! Believe me… I had a Biology assignment to prepare and I lost a lot of time just looking for information about my theme. But now, I think that it’s ready and I want to present it so as to get rid of it. Although I had a lot of work, I followed the NASA and Space X mission in the space because I’d  love to go to space and I’m curious about what’s the matter up there. Going to space isn't for everyone. Now at night, I usually spend half an hour on YouTube watching live what they do in space. It really catches my eye… I also ask myself a lot of questions about how they have oxygen up there for so much time, how they have food for a lot of months, etc. I’d really like to go to space… it’s a dream!
